Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays. If your order cannot ship within 48 hours, you will be contacted by a customer service rep with information about expected delivery date & options that may be available to you. Orders entered after 12pm Eastern Standard time will not be processed until next business day. We ship via UPS Ground, Next Day Air, 2 Day Air & 3 Day Select. Please note that some options may not be available based on your shipping address due to carrier constraints. Your shipping options are calculated at time of checkout. The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the order, which will be calculated for you during checkout.
